Our internal training programmes include seminars to expand methodological and leadership skills, IT training, specialist seminars for scientists and language courses in German and English. We also offer external training and further education opportunities.

Furthermore, the "Hereon Academy" for managers has been launched to support potentials as well as new and experienced managers with a wide range of modules. The three programmes bring new input, drive and energy to everyday management.

Experienced and prospective managers can also benefit from special programmes offered by the Helmholtz Association, the Helmholtz Academy.

There are also special programmes for postdocs and further training opportunities offered by the sub-institutes of the Hereon.
