Julian Moosmann completed his university degree with a focus on particle physics at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). During his PhD at KIT he was working on time-resolved three-dimensional imaging by means of X-ray phase contrast and computerised tomography. Julian Moosmann is the project leader of 'SynchroLoad - Failure in biodegradable metal implants' and works at the HZG-outstation DESY in Hamburg. His research interests include X-ray imaging, tomography, and phase contrast with applications in Developmental Biology and Material Science.
