Dominic Plug studied Geography at the University of Hamburg. After completing his B.Sc. degree in 2015, he started the M.Sc. Geography “Global Transformations and Environmental Change” at the University of Hamburg. He has a particular interest in coastal areas, flood protection and climatic variations. During his studies he collaborated to the “ENHANCE” project at Hamburg University. After finishing his M.Sc. in October 2017 he interned at HZG. Since January 2018 Dominic Plug works as a research associate at the department Human Dimensions of Coastal Areas. Here he contributes to the project “BALTSPACE”.
