How do you „read“ a climate model, how is it build and what is climate actually? – As a member of the Climate System Departement Dr. Barbara Hennemuth imparts reliable information about the climate change. Her clients come from agriculture, flood protection or tourism. In line with KLIMZUG, a project which was started by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in 2008, the meteorologist worked on the impact of climate change in different regions of Germany. In the course of her career she worked for the University of Munich, the Max Planck Institute for Meteorology and Germany's National Meteorological Service, the Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD). As a freelancer she evaluated the quality of measured data and rated reviewer offices for the sites of wind turbines.
