Michaela Schaller

As Head of the Department “Management of Natural Resources” Dr. Michaela Schaller deals with the impacts of climate change on natural resources. The scope of related projects varies from agriculture and biodiversity up to consequences of climate change on human health. After studying and graduating in geoecology in Bayreuth she worked for the German Development Cooperation in Latin America as expert for sustainable land use for a couple of years. Over the last years she has been working on questions regarding the integrated management of resources and multidisciplinary adaptation to climate change.
