1. Synthesis
Additionally to classis organic synthesis we use the microwave enhanced Liberty Peptide Synthesizer (CEM).
2. Purification
- (semi)preparative HPLC (Varian ProStar)
- preparative Flash-Chromatography (Büchi)
- Lyophillizer Alpha 1-2 LD plus (Christ)
3. Analytics
a) NMR
PBB is responsible for a Bruker Avance 500 MHz Spectrometer and provides all routine 1D- and 2D-spectra for the institute in Teltow. Additionally, we are using STD NMR Spectroscopy fort he analysis of protein ligand interactions.
b) analytical HPLC (Jasco PU 980)
c) Measurement of drug release: an open system (Erweka) and a closed system (Varian) are available.
d) UV/Vis-Spectroscopy: Two spectrometers (Uvicon 931 and Varian Cary300 Bio)
