Module manufacturing

The department of Polymer Technology constructs and builds membrane modules with new developed membrane materials for technical applications. This combination of chemistry (developing new membranes) and process engineering (building modules and realizing projects) is the key of success of our research center.

Mini module K100

Flat sheet membrane modules are designed in the envelope type that enables membranes exchange easily. These modules are applicable in nanofiltration, vapour permeation and gas permeation processes. Slightly modified modules are suited for high operation pressure up 120 bars.

Module for nanofiltration applications

The modules for nanofiltration are constructed in the envelope type also, that allow changing of membranes easily. This type can be used for separation/recovery of organic solvents. These modules allow high operation pressure and the liquid feed is directed by flow pattern.

Flat sheet membrane module for sweep gas or vacuum operation on the permeate side.
