Microscopy

Contact: Clarissa Abetz (phone -2408)

The servicegroup Microscopy investigates the morphology, crystallization and elemental composition of new materials and membranes. A transmission electron microscope (TEM), a scanning electron microscope (SEM), a scanning force microscope (SFM) and various optical microscopes are used for these tasks.
