Public Access to COSYNA Data Products

COSYNA follows an open data policy. The COSYNA Data Portal presents all COSYNA data and metadata in a comprehensive way. Data retrieval is controlled by the metadata. The user can select favoured parameter, data sources, time range and presentation type (overlay raster map or time series diagram) and download the data.

Data products range from real-time or near real-time data generated from in-situ observing or remote sensing systems to forecasts resulting from operative modelling. In the case of near-real time data, no or only limited automatic quality control checks can be conducted. Data products accessible via the Data Portal, due to delayed processing and quality control, are subject to change.

For all COSYNA data products no warranty is made, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or validity of the data, or regarding the suitability of the data for any particular application.
