Electronic trainee
Training with a difference.
In spring 2008 an educational project was established called "Spurwechsel". It is a training session of the Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht. A workshop and an office was established in the Technical Department for 5 to 8 trainees.The trainees stand in the third or rather in the forth year of training.
From the order acceptance, planning up to manufacturing they learn and optimize the expiries in an own company and so they collect important experience for later professional life.
The areas of the trainees:
- Electronic
- Industrial clerk
- Industrial mechanic
- Draughtsman/-woman
- Cutting machine operator
The ambition of this project is to impart and recess the learning content and knowledge of the different jobs. The emphasis is self-contained action.
