Applying for accommodations
- The available accommodations are provided in the order of the applications received (date of receipt by mail). The same terms of admission and rental apply to all accommodations
- The calculation of rental fees and the deposit corresponds to legal regulations.
The rentals at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht are flat-rate rentals. All operating costs are included in these rentals, including water, power and heat. The annual operating costs are not calculated.
Flat-rate rentals
Single rooms between 212 and 330 Euros
Furnished rooms between 410 and 634 Euros
The rental prices due monthly are based on a rental period of at least one month. For rental up to ten days, the rental price is 10 percent of the monthly rental price per day. Maximum rental fee for one month. The deposit equals one monthly rental fee.
Rentals are limited to a maximum of six months.
